Miami Bound! Attending American Bar Association Spring CLE Conference!

I will be attending the American Bar Association Family Law Division’s Spring CLE conference in Miami from April 18-22, 2012. I will be getting the latest information available on a number of family law related areas. I will be attending seminars on the intersection of criminal law and family law; handing debt during and after divorce; the latest trial preparation tips to keep the judge engaged in our case; special considerations for marriages longer than nine years; extensive information on prenuptial agreements, post nuptial agreements, and marriage settlement agreements; the psychological impact of domestic violence allegations on the child(ren); and adoption. Other topics will include the up and coming practice area of assisted reproductive technology, particularly how to handle ethical violations, gestational surrogacy, embryo donation, clinic consent, and more! I hope to bring back knowledge that will be helpful to each and every client.
